We enjoyed a lovely stay in a cozy double room. The only downside was the long wait for breakfast, but the delicious options made up for it. Make sure to try the fresh pastries at the onsite restaurant—they're irresistible!

very friendly staff n super comfy beds! the pub downstairs had good ale n made the stay even better. loved that we could make our own meals in the taproom. awesome location, all attractions in amble r within walking distance. breakfast was simple but really tasty!

Had an amazing stay with friends. We enjoyed boat trips to Coquet Island, spotting Puffins and the endangered Roseate Tern. The quiz night on Thursday was a highlight! Great spot for relaxation and fun. The staff were super friendly, and we loved using the taproom for meals. Rooms were comfy, and everything was within walking distance.

The only downside was that the shower handle was quite stiff to turn, which made it a bit challenging to use.
